You will be guided in mindfulness techniques to nourish the mind and reduce stress, good sleep hygiene, and exercises that work for your body, around your lifestyle.
From your initial consultation, we will develop action steps based on dietary and lifestyle recommendations. These tangible steps will form your core plan and help you to achieve your goals.
